So, I totally crashed this meet-up last night, and can I just say it was one of the better decisions I’ve made in awhile. I have to admit, I was pretty nervous, as this was my first organized Tumblr-related Event and I rocked it solo. Luckily Doug from Skeet On Mischa was there to act as my training wheels throughout. Gotta hook him up with props for the invite and for introducing me to all of the good people in attendance, including (but not limited to) To The Maxxx, Atencio, Diet Cock, & Liana Blog.

Despite conversations involving Baseball, Films, Music, Basketball, Smash Mouth, & Food (among many other topics) the highlight of course was Kathryn Bigelow’s The Hurt Locker. I’ll discuss this film a bit more in depth later on, but for now, let me just highly recommend it to anyone in the world. Can’t wait for the next meet-up! (That is, if I’m still allowed to attend.)
